Refunds & Returns Policy


Once an item is sold, it cannot be refunded due to our no refund policy. You are eligible for an exchange if the item you received is not in good condition or is not what you ordered. Please consult the exchange policy for further information.

Damaged Items & Other Issues

In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us right away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Sadly, we do not accept returns on items that have been purchased via gift cards or items on sale. 


You have the option to request an exchange if you receive an item that is defective, different from the one you ordered, missing a part, or the wrong size.

Your item must be undamaged, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us via Whatsapp to begin an exchange. You will receive an email from us confirming the exchange if it is approved. You must return the item to us by registered mail at the specified address as soon as you receive our email confirming that your exchange has been approved.
