Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped from Mauritius via Mauritius Post.
  • Any order submitted on any given day before 15:00 (MUT) will be processed and shipped within the next two (2) business days. (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)
  • Any order submitted on any given day after 15:00 (MUT) will be processed and shipped within the next three (3) business days. (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)
    • To ensure safe and accurate delivery, the customer is requested to fill all required shipping details appropriately at Checkout. These details include, but are not limited to, the customer's complete address, phone number and full name. 
    • Kindly note that, on certain occasions, your local post office might ask you to collect your parcel from the post office rather than delivering directly to your address. In these situations, kindly ascertain that you have the proper identification, (NID, Driver's License, or Passport), so that you may be allowed to collect your parcel. 
    • When picking up their order, the customer is responsible for verifying that the product they received is the correct one. The customer's email address on file will receive a sales invoice with the amount paid by the customer on it. Should there be no email address for the customer on file, the customer can request for the invoice via Whatsapp by clicking on this link
